- From the prospecting to the negotiation, you will drive the whole process of the sale. Your work thus consists of:
- Listening to and convincing the owners who are selling to entrust you with the sale of their property
- Creating a quality advertisement (with photos and text)
- Listen carefully to, and determine the needs and demands of, buyers
- Manage property visits
- Take offers and manage negotiations
- Gather the necessary documents and synchronise all parties to achieve the sale
- Build customer loyalty
The real estate « Transaction » agent must be tenacious and perseverant in the prospecting, listen to clients, inspire confidence and possess negotiation skills.
He/she must have a natural empathy and the capacity to analyse and synthesise in order to respond in the best possible way to the needs of the clients.
